- 1/4 cup arame
- 1 cup broccoli florets, chopped
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 T fresh ginger juice
- 1 cup almond mayonnaise
- Braggs
METHOD
Combine the ingredients, adjust flavors and serve. Be advised that almond mayonnaise is rich in fats.
