Turku Centre for Computer Science (TUCS) is a joint research and education centre between the University of Turku, Åbo Akademi University and the Turku School of Economics.
TUCS coordinates research and education in the field of Information Technology. These activities are carried out in the TUCS Master's and Graduate Schools and in the centre's own research laboratories.
At the departments participating in TUCS there are presently about 35 professors, 65 Ph.D. level researchers, 100 doctoral students and 2000 Master's students.
